TPW Vanilla Banana & Strawberry Protein Smoothie
Here’s my go to recipe for the best high protein vanilla, strawberry and banana smoothie!
Ingredients -
1.5 scoops of Equip vanilla protein powder - use code TPW for 15% off
1 scoop of Equip colostrum powder
1/4 cup frozen riced organic cauliflower *I promise you cannot taste, adds good fiber
1/2 frozen banana - medium
3/4 cup frozen organic strawberries
1 TBSP tahini (can sub cashew butter if you are allergic to sesame)
3/4 cup almond milk (can sub other nut milk or water)
1/2 tsp Lafazza brand vanilla powder OR dash of vanilla extract
Optional add ins -
Hemp seeds, chia or flax for added fiber
Cinnamon
Frozen spinach or zucchini in leu of cauliflower
All you have to do is add all to blender and enjoy!
Pro tip, use as little liquid as possible to keep the smoothie thick! I use the stick stirring device via Vitamix and physically move the contents around to avoid adding more liquid.
