1. Improve your cup of joe

No matter how healthy the coffee itself is, what you put in it (and how you make and serve it) has a huge impact on your health. In part two of WellBe's healthy coffee guide, they look at the four unhealthiest things to put in your coffee (spoiler: non-dairy coffee creamer is on the list).

2. My favorite face wash from Credo

A clean ingredient, foamy, brightening facial cleanser infused with fermented pomegranate enzymes that leaves you squeaky clean! I am already on my third bottle.

3. Get your vitamin D3 (with K2)

Winter is coming and that means less time in the sun and more time indoors. Spotify playlists hit the spot for mindless listening, I've been loving this playlist to drown out the silence of WFH.

6. Improve mental health with colorful foods

A new study shows that people who eat a diet that includes at least half a serving per day of foods high in flavonoids like strawberries, oranges, peppers and apples may have a 20% lower risk of cognitive decline. Green tea, blueberries, walnuts, kale, and cacao are some of my favorite sources of flavonoids.
