I cannot believe March is tomorrow! We are getting closer to spring each week and I'm so excited for more sun and warmer temps. I also have a lot of personal updates to share!

I am jumping into TPW full time starting next week and will be able to see more clients! I am so excited to recommit to this business and empower my clients to reach optimal health. At the moment, I have 4 open coaching spots. If you have been thinking about signing up, I would suggest reaching out to save your spot. It's also the perfect time to start this journey as summer begins in ~3 months, having to stay home from gut issues is the worst 😎

On March 7th I am going back to school to learn how to read and interpret blood markers. I will also be able to order blood testing for all clients at an affordable rate (~$250) for the full panel. This is something I am so excited to bring into my practice as it will take healing to the next level🩸

My husband and I are celebrating our first weeding anniversary this week. It's so crazy that a year has already flown by. This timestamp is always a nice reminder to reflect and set goals moving forward. In April we are headed to Oaxaca, Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende. If you have any recs, send them my way! Tacos are my fave 🌮

Recipe time!

Bonberi Miso Soup
An easy recipe for winter nights
 

Here's what you need -
*organic/non GMO when possible*

3-4 tablespoons of white miso (red miso works too!)
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
6-8 cups of water
1 carrot, peeled and grated
1/4 cup shelled edamame beans
1/4 cup hydrated arame seaweed or wakame seaweed
1 cup of baby spinach or bok choy, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
1/2 grated garlic clove
1 tablespoon tamari
1/2 cup cubed firm tofu
Handful of thinly sliced scallions
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds


In a medium sized pot, add water and miso and bring to a boil, then robust simmer and use wooden spoon to break down miso paste. Add tamari, rice vinegar, grated ginger and garlic then lower to true simmer and let simmer for another 5 minutes. Add rinsed, soaked arame or wakame, spinach, grated carrots, edamame beans and tofu. Let simmer for another 5 minutes and turn off heat. Ladle into bowls and garnish w scallions and sesame seeds.
